Privacy
The Baltimore Cheese Board Co. takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people beyond what is required to process your order.

Shipping
Shipping charge will be $4.95 or actual shipping cost, whichever is greater. All items are usually shipped via UPS Ground.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight/dimensions of each item and the zip code to which the order will be shipped. Due to variability in weights and sizes, actual shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipping. We strive to have your order packaged and shipped within two working days. Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping of custom work orders. Estimated shipping date will be included in your order confirmation email.

Returns
Full refunds less 10% restocking fee can be given within 30 days of delivery. No refunds on custom work orders. If you receive a product that is damaged or in a condition that is not acceptable, return the product and we will replace it or issue a refund for the product price less shipping and 10% restocking fee.

Sales Tax
6% Maryland Sales Tax is collected on all orders shipped to the State of Maryland.
